Working Principle

The waste heat recovery device is a heat exchanger that exchanges energy between air and air through a specially treated thermally conductive metal plate. It can completely separate fresh air and exhaust air, avoiding any solvent transfer. Two streams of air cross and countercurrent into the heat exchanger, and the energy of fresh air and exhaust air is exchanged through metal plates to transfer heat from the warmer side to the cooler side, thereby achieving the recovery of energy in the exhaust air.

Waste heat recovery equipment with heat pump
The heat pump type waste heat recovery device recovers all the heat discharged from the hot air, increasing the efficiency from 85% to 100%. After adding a heat pump system, the waste heat recovery device recycles the remaining heat from the exhaust air after heat exchange, absorbs the heat through the evaporator, and uses a compressor to transfer the heat to the condenser. When the preheated fresh air passes through the condenser, it is reheated to become high-temperature hot air, which is then transported to the place of use.
